We finally finish the book of Job this week! We will also see Abraham’s story. If this is your first time doing a chronological reading of the scripture, it might seem a little weird to jump to another book and read just a few names, then come right back to the first book. This is an attempt to keep the genealogies in line with the story. Plus, that gives the advantage of not reading long genealogies all at one time. You might also find some other “strange” jumping around. Again, it is keeping the narrative in order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
